Modern American politics is that every seat in the house of representatives is up is for re-election with no limit on how many terms one can be reelected. We would like to see that changed three two years terms and phased in over three election cycles then like the Senate the house would have a one third turnover every two years thus providing fresh talent every two years and no more lifelong politicians intrenched in Washington DC.
