Are we still One Nation Under GOD?
The preamble to the Declaration of Independence states: “When in the course of human events it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bonds which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel the to the separation” Then reads: “ “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness.”
The Pledge of Allegiance
The Pledge of Allegiance has us to say, “One Nation under GOD.” Our money says,” In God We Trust,” and it is even engraved on many of our buildings. But do we as a Nation believe it.
I submit that if we are and believe it, we better start acting like it, or we will lose it. This nation is on the brink of losing our God-given rights! On 6 November 2024, we have a national election coming up, and due to early voting, many will vote even sooner. It is crucial that you understand your candidates' views and how they will govern. We have a press that won’t ask hard questions of one side and hammers the other. This is not a free press that let’s us know what we need to know to make an informed decision
Vote your conscience, not your party
Sixteen years ago, Candidate Barrack Obama said, “We are a few days away from FUNDAMENTALLY Changing America.” Have you ever wondered what he meant by that statement? I ask you to think long and hard about that statement before you vote. I believe that we are nearing that fundamental change, and if you vote wrong, you will soon find out that it means, at minimum, Socialism. Is that what you want, where the cleaning person earns the same salary as the doctor? That’s what equity is! We believe in equality not equity where everyone has the same opportunity to become that doctor and not be the cleaning person. God put us on this earth to be the best us we can be. We were not all put here to be doctors, lawyers, politicians, or rocket scientists. In 1St Corinthians Chapter 7 verse 7 NIV, the Apostle Paul writes, “I wish that all men were as I am. But each man has his own gift from God: one has this gift, another has that”. In other words, use the gift that God gave you to the fullest. This writer did not finish high school yet went on to be a Navy Master Chief later a Program Manager and finally at Deputy Chief of Staff for Human Resources in a major Navy Medicine. Command the tools God gave him through the school of hard knocks. People, I love my country and do not want to see it end up on the pitfalls of history as another failed nation simply because we did not follow God’s will but our own. Please keep us ONE NATION UNDER GOD and Vote your conscience, not your party, and Vote to Restore in 2024.
